  • Can I cancel my order?

    You are only able to cancel an order if it hasn’t been printed. Orders can be canceled through our website using the order status interface. Budget Prints does not refund, cancel, or credit if the service failure is caused, in whole or in part, by acts of God, weather conditions, environmental or dangerous good incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs officials, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • How do I cancel my order?

    Budget Prints is a self-service site, orders that have not been sent to production can be canceled by the customer by logging into “Track My Orders.” This is something the customer must do if they wish to cancel their order.

    Please follow these easy directions:

    1.) Login to My Account

    2.) Enter your email address and password to sign into your account. If you do not have an account, you must create one to be able to cancel your order.

    3.) Click on your invoice, click on “cancel order” and make sure you’re 100% certain.

    Once the order has been canceled, you will be fully refunded. However, this will take 2 to 4 business days to reflect in your bank account.
