Budget Prints FAQ: Questions in 'Lost Package' category

  • Please contact us within our business hours to inquire if your package is lost. When packages can’t be located we will offer a reprint with the same production time and delivery method selected extending from the time of resolution.

    If the lost package is found and located, Budget Prints will redirect the package along with the same delivery method. Packages located by the carrier will be rerouted to the customer promptly upon discovery. Typically shipping carriers will require 10 business days to refund the shipping cost. If a lost package is not found, Budget Prints will confirm with the carrier and issue a monetary compensation to our customers.
